DHSC: NHS Pensions McCloud Programme Management Support

Description

The delivery of the McCloud Remedy for 1.1million members of the NHS Pension Scheme is being delivered by the NHSBSA. To enable the NHSBSA to successfully deliver the remedy, DHSC have worked with the BSA to identify areas where additional expert resource is required. Such resources are not available within DHSC or NHSBSA, and these include specialist communications experts, programme management and quality assurance
