## Description

The undertaking of a DCB 0160 Clinical Safety Case report was procured for a new system to be used by GP practices in Devon\. A clinical safety case report, including a hazard log, has to be completed for all new software systems that will be used for patient care by NHS organisations \(including primary care\)\. This is a one-off purchase that should be completed by 30th April 2024\. Additional information: The Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 13 RM1557\.13 Framework Agreement was used to procure this service\.
