Contract for the Westbridge Park Demolition & Car Park Works

Stafford Borough Council intends to award a contract under a JCT form of contract to appoint a principal contractor to carry out the works below.

The site, in Stone, Staffordshire, currently has an existing Westbridge Park Fitness Centre, which sits between the new Stone Leisure Centre currently being built by Willmott Dixon that is due to be open on starting of this works package, and an occupied new Marks and Spencer's Store.

This package consists of demolition of the existing Westbridge Park Fitness Centre and the associated car park works which, on completion, will become part of and finalise, the new Stone Leisure Centre complex.
