T1-4095 - ISHA - Gas Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs and Boiler Installs

The contract is for gas servicing, maintenance and repairs works to domestic and commercial properties including blocks and any associated repairs and boiler installs. It is intended that the contract will commence in May 2018, and subject to annual reviews, will run for a period of five years with the option, as decided by ISHA for an extension of up to a further five plus four years. The maximum duration of the contract is fourteen years. The estimated annual value of the works is 600,000 GBP. ISHA reserves the right to bring the contract to an end early and move to a Wholly Owned Subsidiary delivery model during the term of the Contract if it considers this appropriate.
