## Description

BlueLight Commercial, on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside, have awarded a contract for a proof of concept to be undertaken to provide a National Citizen Portal Solution \(Alpha\)\. This requirement was tendered via Hybrid Competition under the HealthTrust Europe's \(HTE's\) ICT Solutions 2019 Framework with a call-off contract to a single supplier who can provide the full end to end provision\. The contract is for an Initial 4 month contract up term to the end of March 2024 to deliver a proof of concept for the Solution and may be extended up to 5 years in total\. Second Contract extension utilised, contract end date now 9th February 2026\.
