## Description

EQUANS Services on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake the design work of a multi storey car park on Grant Street, Cleethorpes\. This project follows on from a pre market engagement exercise which outlined a procurement route for the project\. The route chosen is a 2 stage procurement\. The initial stage \(Consultant stage\) is to carry out all necessary designs and engagement to submit a planning application\. The second stage will be procured independently in the future as a design and build project for the car park along side other highway improvements which form part of the wider project
