TfGM Microsoft Enterprise Agreement 2024-27

TfGM operates a corporate IT infrastructure, centred on Microsoft products, with the core Microsoft licences secured and maintained via a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA). This is a contractual arrangement between TfGM and Microsoft facilitated by the chosen third-party Software License Value Added Reseller (VAR) and ensures the continued operation of TfGM's IT infrastructure through accurate and legal licensing of Microsoft products and applications.

The estimated spend on this contract is £3.1 million but the final spend could be lower or higher than this due to usage and requirement.

This was a direct award to Microsoft, via the current TfGM VAR Reseller.
