This contract is for a process improvement plan which addresses immediate risks and issues in the monthly budgeting and reporting cycle, stabilises the budgeting and reporting process, in preparation for the next funding round, enables Ofgem to meet monthly reporting deadlines, and supports delivery of a high performing budgeting and reporting process which can integrate with or complement Ofgem's corporate flexible resourcing solution\.
