Work description

The London Borough of Southwark is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers for the Provision of Children's Advocacy and Independent Visitor Services. One block contract will be awarded to the successful bidder and it is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st January 2019 and will continue for a period of 3 years from that date with an option to extend for up to 2 years (1 plus 1). The Council's requirement is for a service that is accessible to all children and young people looked after by Southwark Children's Services, up to the age of 18 years and care leavers up to 25 years of age, or who meet the criteria for special educational needs support, who are living in or are placed in or out of Southwark in foster care, kinship placements, residential care or semi-independent accommodation and children and young people subject to Child Protection planning.
