"The National Framework has been produced for local authorities and following consultation will be issued as statutory guidance. It describes the purpose of local authority children'social care, the principles by which children, young people and families should be supported and the outcomes that should be achieved so that children and young people can grow up to thrive.
The Dashboard will become a routine data publication that helps to understand progress towards the outcomes of the National Framework."
