Central Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) has established a Framework with five Lots, covering: 1/. Kitchens & Bathrooms - Installation, Refurbishment & all related programmed works. 2/. Roofing - Installation, Replacement, Refurbishment & repair. 3/. Electrical - Installation, Replacement, Refurbishment, Repair, inspection, testing & certification. 4/. Heating - Installation, Replacement, Repair & Servicing. 5/. Fire Spread Prevention - Fire stopping and compartmentation works including fire doors and all related works and inspections.
