## Description

Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole Council \(BCP Council\) via Poole Housing Partnership Ltd \(PHP\) its Arms-length management organisation \(ALMO\) requires the consultancy services of a Employers Agent, CDM Principal Designer and Cost Consultant to assist in the management and delivery of two projects; namely the Hillbourne Affordable Housing Scheme and the Herbert Avenue Temporary Accommodation Development\. This contract is divided into two separate Lots: • Lot 1 - Consultancy Services for Hillbourne Affordable Housing Scheme • Lot 2 - Consultancy Services for Herbert Avenue Temporary Accommodation
