Work description
This contract is to design an evaluation methodology for the LGA's Sector-Led Consultancy programme and then apply it, conducting the research and evaluating the programme. The selected consultant will play a crucial role in determining the success of the programme across several factors.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
