16-056 Gordon Bennett Play Area Thurcroft Description: Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting bids from a number of organisations who might be able to provide Works that meet RMBC's current needs for Gordon Bennett Play Area Thurcroft. The works are located at insert address Gordon Bennett Play Area, Green Arbour Road, Thurcroft S66 9DD (Grid ref: 449506, 388770). The works are to include the removal of existing play area, supply and installation of new play equipment safety surfacing, fencing and seating including reinstatement of grassed areasn) The estimated value of the works is between £60,000 - £70,000 It is anticipated that the site works will take 6 weeks to complete. The following drawings for the scheme are uploaded to the YORtender system. Appendix A - Design Layout Drawing No L4960/100 Appendix B - Location Plan Drawing No L4960/101 Appendix C - Groundworks Plan Drawing No L4960/102 Bidders and other recipients of this ITT are reminded that the issue of this ITT in no way commits RMBC to award any contract pursuant to the tender process and that neither RMBC, nor any of their advisers, shall be liable for any expenses incurred by Bidders or such recipients in connection with the tender process The details set out in this ITT are given in good faith and believed to be correct. However, RMBC does not warrant the accuracy of those details and each Tenderer should make its own appropriate enquiries. This ITT has been designed as a turnaround document.
