Legal Services for Construction Projects

This is a call-off Contract under the NHS SBS Legal Services framework agreement for construction legal services advice covering all University Capital Projects. Legal support services shall include: construction procurement advice, construction contract advice, ongoing contract administration & amendments, commercial and residential property, property & land acquisitions and disposals, real estate litigation, asset management, regeneration and development, planning, highways and drainage, preliminary advice and structuring, regulatory and compliance, financing and security arrangements, intellectual property and contractual rights, dispute resolution mechanisms, and joint ventures, business transfers.
