## Description

L&Q is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil its Legionella Management Services across its Housing Stock \. The scope of the services in this Lot will include, but is not necessarily restricted to the following: L&Q is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to provide Water risk assessments, Water Quality Management Monitoring and Water hygiene Remedial works to its housing stock, to ensure that all water systems within premises operated by the group meet the requirements as detailed within the approved code of practice L8 'Legionnaires Disease, The control of Legionella bacteria in water systems', produced by the Health and Safety Commission, and any amendment to the ACOP produced over the contract period\.
