Work description
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for, and on behalf of, NHS England, Specialised Commissioning, North Region who wish to commission a comprehensive all age Liaison and Diversion Services to identify, assess and refer people with mental health, learning disability, substance misuse and social vulnerabilities when they first come into contact with the police and criminal justice system, within the locality of North England.
