## Description

This procurement exercise for Participation in the Arts Creative Economy \(UK SPF\) 2023-2025 was conducted as a General Further Competition underthe Electronic Market Place \(EMP\) Ref: KMCAS-164; Provision of Adult Education, Training, Employment & Lifelong Learning \(the "EMP"\)\. Tenders were invited by Kirklees from Suppliers appointed to Category 1 - Community Learning, Engagement & Volunteering of the EMP with relevant experience and ability for the Participation in the Arts and Creative Economy \(PACE\) \(the "Services"\) as detailed in the Further Competition documents\.
