## Description

Hackney Council is transitioning from an on-premise version of Mosaic to a Servelec-hosted version of the application\. Much of the data from the previous version was successfully recovered from the cyberattack\. However, categories of data have not been usable\. Some configuration is also unavailable\. The Council is now working with Servelec to recover the application to the point at which it will be usable as a case recording and financial planning tool\.
