## Description

Gateshead Council is seeking to appoint a highly experienced, qualified and competent consultant to provide support with: • A review of our Allocations/Lettings Policy and Processes, including a review of our Choice Based Lettings Scheme • A review of our current Strategic Tenancy Policy to develop a new, broader Tenancy Strategy, collaboratively with our Local Strategic Housing Partners\.
