## Description

South Derbyshire District Council is seeking to appoint a principal contractor to undertake electrical rewires with associated minor repairs, mainly to occupied and void domestic properties within South Derbyshire\. The contract shall be for a three year period with an option to extend for up to a further two years\. The commencement date is expected to be the 1st November 2017\. Current budgets anticipate between 125 and 150 rewires per financial year, which are subject to annual budgets and approvals\.
