## Description

ForHousing is proposing to award a contract under the Procurement for Housing \(PfH\) Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services Framework Agreement, for the provision of Responsive Repairs, Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance\. The proposed contract will be for a 10-year term and called off from the PfH Framework using the Direct Award mechanism, as set out within the Framework Agreement, to Liberty Group Investments Limited \(Liberty\) being ranked number 1 on Lot 1 \(North West Region\) of the Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services Framework Agreement\. The proposed contract's annual value is £30m, with a total estimated value of £300m over the full term\.
