A Mini-competition process under the Public Bus Dynamic Purchasing System, for 14 Local Bus contracts and 4 Digital Demand Responsive Transport \(DDRT\) contracts\. Socially necessary bus routes funded by Surrey County Council serve communities across Surrey, offering services which enable residents to get access to employment, education, essential shopping from town centres, reduce social isolation and support access to routine medical appointments\. Within this mini competition, there are up to 18 contracts to be awarded outlined in the supporting documentation\.
