## Description

Services will includes Programme direction, Programme and Project management and PMO for all Net Zero Carbon works for the grant funded projects of the Phase 3B and 3C\. • Programme leadership and management of the delivery of the PSDS funded projects so that the necessary works are completed to allow payment of the awarded grants • Oversee, coordinate and manage the individual Project Managers, contractors and designers delivering the PSDS projects, so that the works are completed in accordance with both MPS and PSDS requirements\. • Provide PMO monitoring and reporting services to ensure that all necessary reports are prepared, approved and issued to SALIX as required under the terms of the PSDS Grant Awards\.
