## Description

The project aims at reconstructing the neural connectome of entire organism at the ultrastructural level\. We will collect uniform, uninterrupted series of ultrathin \(30-50 nm\) sections for serial section electron microscopy\. We wish to purchase 2 x ultramicrotome's with anti-vibration system, automated control, and good illumination for room temperature sectioning
