The removal of the Finlock Gutters, undertake a full roof replacement, install UPVC rain water goods, remove chimneys were applicable and top up insulation in line with the design specification on each property across 102 properties in this phase from a portfolio of 235 houses in total in the Park End Estate of this type\. Works to begin in April 2024 and are expected to be completed within 25 weeks\.
