GB-Kings Lynn: HMO Adaptation works

Freebridge Community Housing wish to appoint a Contractor for the adaptation of one of its properties within King's Lynn, Norfolk.

The works include, take down the ceilings in bathroom and kitchen, replace with new and plaster skim, decorate. Find and fix properly leak issue. Re-decorate throughout. New floor finishes throughout. New seals to all windows. New internal door in Bedroom 3. Rebuild brick pier to front wall. Service fire alarm and misting system. Service boiler.

The project programme is expected to be 16 weeks maximum from receipt of an order.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
