## Description

Specialist professional dietetic support is required in order to deliver services to schools in respect of special diets, allergen information and to ensure legal compliance in respect of food standards set by government\. LTS currently recruit the services of the specialist senior dietitians for 37 hours per week \(employed by the NHS\) to deliver this service to schools/customers\.
