5-066 Corporate Services Procurement Support

As a result of the unprecedented delivery programme and resource constraints, Procurement is seeking procurement technical specialists through SPaTS to provide support services, as well as procuring a strategic partner to provide a combination of capability and capacity to minimise the risk to delivery of key business objectives.

The services required are to support Procurement deliver activities in four critical areas: - Develop Procurement Strategies that drive business value and delivers Highways England Imperatives. - Work with Highways England stakeholders in a time driven environment to develop and assure a set of contract documents that comply with EU/ PCR2015 regulations based on NEC 3/4 model documents tailored to meet business needs. - Execute tenders to marketplace to evaluate, select and award contracts. - Manage existing frameworks to deliver task order activity for business need.
