A CDM audit is required on Derby Homes' new build activities to ensure compliance with the CDM \(2015\) Regulations\. The service provider must undertake the audit and provide a full report of it's findings\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
