## Description

One year's continued annual support and maintenance for the existing Liberty SolutionCare software system located in our Customer Contact Centre\. The current Supplier provides a system for the Contact Centre which relates to Qmax, CC6/7 telephony, a Contact Centre portal, automated operator, call routing and, recordings\.
