Friends and Family Service - Call for Market Engagement

The Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a supplier that is able to provide a Friends and Family Service which covers the following areas;

• SMS in and Out • Interactive Voice Messaging (IVM) • Online (E-Solution) • Paper (e.g postcards)

The trusts wish to invite potential suppliers to attend an engagement meetings on Monday 10th, Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th September at the Countess of Chester Hospital, allocated appointments will be confirmed dependent on interest. The purpose of the supplier engagement meetings is to get an overview of the market capabilities and to stimulate interest to help develop the specification for any future procurement exercises.
