Provision of Operational Dog Kennelling & Associated Services

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire on behalf of Warwickshire Police has awarded a contract for the kennelling of operational dogs to be used when their handlers are on leave or off sick. This was a one stage tender process for the establishment of a multi supplier framework agreement. Due to the operational dog kennelling service geographical area of Warwickshire, it was important to choose kennels that were suitably situated within this area. Two providers were selected to allow the handlers to have a choice should one or the other provider be fully booked. The contract shall run for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods. Due to operational sensitivities the names of the providers have been redacted.
