## Description

Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council \(the Councils\) are undertaking a joint review of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Minerals and Waste Local Plan\. To support the review the Councils wish to invite tenders to undertake the work packages \(D1, D2 & E\) below\. The Minerals and Waste Local Plan for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough currently consists of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Minerals and Waste Local Plan 2021 \(MWLP\); and in Cambridgeshire also includes the RECAP Supplementary Planning Document\. This further competition is being issued to providers on Lot 8h Waste and Recycling of ESPO Consultancy Services Framework 664\_25 and is specifically for the procurement of the specialist services required to support the Waste Needs Assessment\.
