## Description

Leicestershire County Council \(LCC\) Adult Social Care \(ASC\) have developed a new MCA tool and practical MCA guidance to support staff\. We require a provider to co-develop and deliver a comprehensive L&D MCA Assessment and Management programme to all staff within the ASC Care Pathway\. This is part of a larger L&D programme and is a mandatory core module for all ASC Care Pathway frontline staff\. It is the beginning of a learning programme that provides an overview of MCA Principles, Assessment, Best Interests and application of the legislation in practice\.
