## Description

The London Borough of Havering \("LBH"\) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced contractors for the delivery of its door and window replacement programme 2021-2026\. The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors\. Works will be delivered via fixed cost, SOR and quotation based pricing under a JCT Measured Term Contract \(as amended\) for a maximum of five years \(3 \+ 1 \+ 1\)\. LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire \(SQ\) and its associated appendices\. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, LBH will shortlist a maximum of 7 bidders to be Invited to Tender\. The estimated value of the Contract is £10,000,00\.00; however the value could increase to a maximum of £20,000,000\.00 over its Term\.
