Oldham are seeking to work with one overall lead provider\. The successful provider/s will deliver high quality provision in a timely and inclusive fashion for children and young people aged 0 - 19 with SEND and their families including access to a range of the following elements\. access to play and leisure activities as part of our Short Breaks offer
