## Description

The Authorities have a requirement for new fuel tanks to be supplied and installed at waste depot\(s\) across their respective districts\. The Authorities are all shareholders in Ubico Limited, a company wholly owned by a number of local authorities\. A benefit of this shareholder arrangement is that the shareholders can consolidate spend and realise economies of scale through a joint procurement exercise\. With this in mind the Authorities wish to jointly procure fuel tanks across a number of Lots\. o Lot 1 - West Oxfordshire District Council o Lot 2 - Stroud District Council o Lot 3 - Gloucester City Council
