The current Audio Visual system in Hackney Town Hall Chamber, is now outdated and faces several major problems such as; inconsistent user experience, unreliable audio, poor microphone performance, and accessibility issues\. The system's patchwork design leads to integration problems and health and safety concerns, particularly from portable cameras and trailing cables\. The listed status of the Chamber requires careful planning for any changes\. Hackney is seeking a supplier install and maintain a modern, fit for purpose, system\.
