Work description
Appointment of contractors to support delivery of the HUG2 scheme and to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to 306 privately owned domestic properties located within Herefordshire by 31st March 2025. Appointed as two separate Lots determined by geographical split based on two constituency areas: • Lot 1 - Hereford and South Herefordshire • Lot 2 - North Herefordshire
