Window, Door, Soffit & Fasica replacement to 33 properties in Hastoe's West Region as per attached performance specification and door choice form. Properties are located primarily in Somerset but also in Wiltshire and Devon Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.Contractors not already on Hastoe's approved list will be required to submit approved contractor formwork should they be successful with this tender. A copy of the criteria is attached to this tender. Tenderers are asked to return a completed copy of the property price spreadsheet with this tender submission together with details of the proposed window system and composite doors.
