Award Notice for the Provision of the HyNet Workforce Planning Study

This award notice follows the University of Chester seeking quotations for the provision of a HyNet Workforce Planning Study. The objective of this study was to inform the HyNet project of the workforce requirements, and identify risks and mitigations associated with enabling project development, construction and operation.

The work was expected to cover the following:

• general overview • market review including labour rates, working week/shift patterns, training and development, labour availability etc. • review of risks (including mitigation) and SWOT analysis • key stakeholders, linkages and influencers
