ASDT0119 Application Tracking System

Description

The Ministry of Defence Police (MDP) have to date utilised an offline, manual, paper-based application process and tracking system to facilitate recruitment of new entrants. With the increase in applicants as well as an aspiration to provide candidates with a modern and user-friendly way of applying, the force wants to commit to the use of an online Applicant Tracking System. These systems are widely used across most modern employers, and most Police Forces use them to manage their recruitment processes.
