GB-Rickmansworth: Design and Installation of Air Source Heating Solution for Three Rivers House

Tenders are invited for the provision of the Installation of a new air source heat pump at Three Rivers House in Rickmansworth. The Council would like a contractor to design and install an appropriate air source heat pump system to provide the primary source of heat and hot water for Three Rivers House. The Council requires this to be fully installed and operational by 31st March 2023. The Contractor will be required apply and securing planning permission as part of their design submission and ensure compliance with the district network operator's requirements, this is UK Power Networks. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
