AI related Software Products and Services

The Supplier shall provide a range of services related to those products purchased through the agreement, including but not limited to:

Provide seamless transactional services between the Buyer and software vendors;

Pre-sales advice relating to products available through the Call-off Contract;

Ongoing, pro-active advice on software products;

Asset management services for products purchased through the Call-off Contract; and

Additional services, which are required for the delivery of Software purchased through this Call-off Contract.  This may include but is not limited to:

Application proof of concept, integration, deployment and management;

Implementation services; and

Training services.
