GB-Glasgow: Economic Business Case Development Services

NOTE: This notice was updated on 30 April 2025 for the following reason: The contract value has increased to allow for additional work on the Target Operating Model to enable the Business Case to proceed. These additional outputs and deliverables were unforeseen at ITT stage and contract award. SLC is relying on regulation 72 (1)(b) which allows for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor that have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement.(Support for the creation of the 5 Case Model, potentially up to Full Business Case (FBC) for the Enable transformation programme. Central to this will be a suitably qualified economist to lead development of the Economic Case; in addition to more general support, advice and assurance over SLC's development of the Strategic, Economic, Financial, Commercial, and Management Cases in line with HM Treasury's Green Book guidance)
