Code must be typed in and not copied and pasted.(The successful supplier will deliver three Transformation Action Learning Sets. Each set will meet three times, so nine sessions in total. Each action learning set will contain 10 councils represented by a councillor and officer, using the sessions to focus on a transformation project.)
