## Description

The Council are seeking a company to deliver a reward incentivised program that encourages walking/cycling/wheeling within Alfreton town centre aimed at encouraging footfall and engagement with the retail offer across the town centre and indoor market\. Ideally, the scheme should have the capacity to integrate retailers as a tagging location\.
