GB-London: T1189 Rolling stock emissions testing

The high-level objective of this project is to determine the feasibility of using remote emissions sensing equipment to measure the emissions concentrations of passenger and freight trains whilst in service then use this data to calculate gravimetric emissions rates.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
