## Description

Delivery of 24/7 extra care support at the registered address of Hampton Crescent\. Contracted on a block basis of 383 hours per week \(320 hours from 7am to 10pm\) and 1 waking night Staff providing 63 hours \(10pm to 7am\) with the Service Users having the option to opt out for their planned care packages if Service Users wish to use their personal budgets to arrange their own planned care with an alternative provider\.
